Garber Automotive dates back to 1907 when automotive pioneer Guy S. Garber founded Garber Buick in Saginaw, which is now the nation’s oldest Buick dealership. Today, the organization owns and operates 16 new vehicle dealerships representing 15 manufacturers, in four states, Michigan, Illinois, Florida and New York.  The manufacturers include Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Nissan, Hyundai, Honda, Acura, Porsche, Audi and Toyota. Also under the Garber umbrella is RightWay Automotive, an independent used vehicle franchise with over 25 sales locations in four states.

Garber Automotive is pleased to support the good work the Mission In The City program is providing for residents in the city of Saginaw.  The organization has been visionary in meeting the needs of its community by restoring their community one block and one person at a time.  Over the past ten years Mission In The City has developed a safe haven in the inner city by creating an outdoor recreation area for both children and adults with two basketball courts, a walking track, beautiful playground equipment for young children, and a pavilion.  These recreational options give youth and adults a safe place to have fun and exercise.  The program also offers a clinic which provides health screenings, recovery services and other counseling services to people without insurance.  Garber Automotive is proud to support Mission In The City and their commitment to restoring their community with positive life choices for men, women, children and families.
